Very simply we help SMEs to discover where to make money, make more of it faster, and sustain their growth longer. We provide the platform for management to make the BIG decisions – on strategy, policy development, organizational development, operations, technology, and finance (including capital acquisitions, divestments, M & As, borrowings, etc.).

HOW do we do it?
By their very nature, SMEs tend to be very messy. They are not big enough to enjoy the benefits of scale and not small enough to be easily managed without external assistance. Helping SMEs change is a huge challenge as their CEOs can attest to. SEMION’s philosophy has been to walk in their shoes, patiently demonstrate and cajole them into very practical actions. We apply our time-tested approach of AEM (Alignment – Engagement – Measurement).

Very importantly, we work with SMEs on long term basis so that we are one with their senior management in defining the business, setting strategic direction, communicating and engaging the workforce in executing the plans, finally measuring and continuously improving/ growing in value.
